Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation 

In case product is not dispatched from the Ashwini Infotech. Buyer need to initiate cancellation request via email sales@ashwiniinfotech.com on the same day product is being purchased. once Cancellation is approved. Once Refund will be processed and it will take 5 working days to reflect under customer's bank account.

Refund 

As a Buyer, shall be entitled to claim a refund in case You do not receive the delivery of product within 7 days from the transaction date. Buyer need to inform Ashwini Infotech via email sales@ashwiniinfotech.com for claiming refund. once refund is approved. Once Refund will be processed and it will take 5 working days to reflect under customer's bank account.

Return  

In case of damaged product Buyer need to raise the return request via email sales@ashwiniinfotech.com same day of delivery. once return is approved Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Ashwini Infotech via courier (at his own cost) and only after return of product, Ashwini Infotech shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer within 7 days .
